Piedmont is the home of Italy's finest rice, and at Lo Stornello Restaurant we proudly work with Cascina Fornace – Risorizzotti, a family-run farm that has been cultivating rice with passion and expertise for more than a century.
For over 100 years, the family has passed down its knowledge from generation to generation, producing eco-friendly rice using sustainable farming methods that respect the environment while delivering exceptional quality and purity.
This is the rice we choose for our risottos, prized for its naturally creamy texture and its ability to enhance the authentic flavours of every recipe.
