At Lo Stornello Restaurant, we carefully select artisan cheeses produced in high mountain pastures, where fresh milk is still transformed using traditional methods that preserve its authentic flavour and quality.

Piedmont is the home of Italy's finest rice, and at Lo Stornello Restaurant we proudly work with Cascina Fornace – Risorizzotti, a family-run farm that has been cultivating rice with passion and expertise for more than a century.
Our Fishermen
Lake Maggiore has a long and proud fishing tradition that continues to inspire our cuisine. At Lo Stornello Restaurant, we source our freshwater fish from the Fishermen's Cooperative of the Gulf of Solcio, whose daily catch brings the authentic flavours of the lake directly to our kitchen.
