In our restaurant in Stresa we have chosen to use products coming from Piedmont, Lake Maggiore and Ossola Valleys, which are distinguished by quality, authenticity and sustainability.

Using local ingredients means discovering the scents and the flavours of the different seasons.

The beef we are proposing is certified COALVI: Consortium for the Tutelage of the Piedmontese Breed. It comes from the Piedmontese Breed of free-range cattle ; the most important breed of Italian beef which holds first place among the native breeds and third place among those raised in Italy.
Originating from the green pastures of the Ossola Valleys, our cheeses envelop the true flavour of milk, masterly transformed by careful hands into distinctive forms: the different types of Toma, the rich Alpe, the fresh goat’s cheese and the famous Bettelmatt (of the Pennati brothers – Alpen pasture).
In our restaurant you will find the ecological rice of "Azienda Agricola Cascina Fornace". Risorizzotti is a company with century-old traditions, work and passion handed down from father to son.
An ecological grain, an high quality product of superior purity.
The majority of our cold cuts are produced in the Ossola.
Salami, Mortadella, Coppa, Bresaola and the famous Violino from the Vigezzo Valley (goat ham) bring ancient flavours and scents to the table.
