Our Wineries
Our wine list celebrates the remarkable winemaking heritage of Upper Piedmont, a region where historic vineyards, native grape varieties and family-run wineries produce wines of exceptional character and elegance.
From the Ossola Valleys, we proudly offer labels such as Prünent, the area's ancient indigenous grape variety, together with Cà d'Maté and Tarlàp, produced by Cantina Garrone, one of the leading wineries preserving Ossola's unique wine tradition.
Our journey continues through the Novara Hills, home to some of Piedmont's most celebrated appellations, including Ghemme, Gattinara, Nebbiolo and Erbaluce. These wines are carefully selected from renowned producers such as Rovellotti, Antoniolo and Casa Francoli, also famous for its exceptional artisan grappas.
Every bottle has been chosen to complement our cuisine and to showcase the rich flavours and winemaking traditions of Lake Maggiore and Upper Piedmont.
